For over 50 years, we have been creating a welcoming and vibrant community where adults aged 50+ can stay active, build friendships, enjoy new experiences, and remain connected to the people and community around them. Based in southwest Calgary, our organization offers a wide range of programs and services including wellness classes, educational workshops, day trips, live music events, social suppers, recreation programs, community gatherings, health clinics, volunteer-led activities, and much more.
