About
Bring Joy to Seniors at Our Active Ageing Centre! Join us for fun Rummy-O sessions with seniors, promoting social connection and mental stimulation. If you love games and good company, volunteer with us!
Eligibility
At least 8 years old if volunteering with parent/guardian At least 15 years old if volunteering independently Able to commit minimum of 2 sessions Available on Tuesdays Able to pick up games easily Able to play Rummikub is a plus Able to speak at least in English Every Tuesday, 2-4pm Volunteers will be expected to: Set up / teardown of tables and chairs for programme Help distribute and collect game materials when needed Engage seniors with game of Rummikub Guide and facilitate Rummikub games with seniors Help explain basic game rules when needed Additional expectations of parent/guardian: Encourage child(ren) to engage and befriend seniors Supervise and remain responsible for child(ren) aged 8-14, throughout the session Ensure that children engage politely and patiently with seniors during interaction *All participating family members must be registered prior to the volunteering session Seniors [FAMILY FRIENDLY] Woodlands / Regular / Rummy-O Players Thu, 01 Jan 2026 to Thu, 31 Dec 2026 14:00 PM TO 16:00 PM 2 hours AACWL16 16 Marsiling Lane, Singapore
