About
Be the go-to person who keeps VegFest Kelowna running smoothly, wherever help is needed most that day. As Flex Support, you're a floater in the best sense — trusted to jump in wherever a gap opens up. That could mean covering a break, doing hourly attendance counts, lending a hand at the Volunteer Tent, PV Booth, or merch table, helping with setup or takedown, picking up a camera for a bit of event photography, or assisting with raffle ticket sales if you're trained for it. This role is essential to keeping the whole event on track. It's for volunteers who are comfortable wearing a few different hats and enjoy variety over a single fixed task.
