About
Fluent in Minds is a youth-led organization dedicated to improving the accessibility of mental health care and awareness of mental health to those who do not speak English. Our volunteers translate mental health care information to lower language and stigma barriers to professional help. HR associates will work closely with and report to HR directors to ensure that all projects within the translations department run smoothly and follow deadlines. They will primarily focus on managing workloads and accountability for Translators, Language Translation Directors, and Language Advisors, to contribute to lower language barriers to mental health information.
