Enjoy time with a resident while sharing your day and putting away your phone. This is a no scroll holiday for you and a way to make to a difference by sharing your joy. Remember how mealtimes were once a time to laugh, tell stories and share a meal- this is that moment. The residents who need assistance eating, also need your friendship; they are often listeners, and enjoy a good joke or story while they enjoy their meals. You will be part of nourishing hearts while residents get nourishment with your assistance. Breakfast, lunch and dinner times are the option. We are looking for 1 a week commitment for 4-6 months.
