***This position is being posted on behalf of 1st Airdrie Scouts**** There are many ways to volunteer with the group, From a parent or community memeber looking to facilitate an evening program to being one of the contact scouters for one of the sections, the help is always appreciated. As a Scouter, your role is one of assisting, supporting, facilitating and motivating. It’s a chance to engage with youth by empowering them to lead their personal progression, discovering their capability and independence within a safe and inclusive environment.
