About
Overview We are looking for a calm, sharp, and highly organized Stage Manager / Showrunner to help lead live stage execution and keep the Summit program running smoothly. As a key member of our main stage team, you will support the Project Manager and production team with the master run-of-show, coordinate speaker and performer movements, call stage cues, and communicate with our audio/visual and technical teams in real time. This is a high-visibility specialized leadership role for someone with previous stage management, showrunning, production, or live event experience who thrives in fast-paced environments and can remain composed when plans change.
