Has cooking always been your passion? Join us to encourage seniors to go beyond their usual recipes and teach them new skills! This role involves leading simple, interactive cooking activities for an interest group of active seniors. Volunteers will guide seniors through basic food preparation, cultural sharing, and social interaction in a safe and supportive setting. This role is ideal for volunteers who enjoy cooking and wish to create a meaningful and enjoyable experience for seniors
Eligibility
Passionate about cooking and working with seniors Able to adapt cooking activities seniors (e.g., pre-chopped ingredients, simple mixing tasks) Patient, empathetic, and possess good communication skills Able to commit preferably every Wednesday for 3 months, between 2pm – 5pm Do share with us if any other weekday timings work for you.
