About
Role Overview: This volunteer role focuses on improving the tutor experience across all stages of their involvement. You’ll help organize the tutoring team and you’ll be the first point of contact for many of our tutors after they are onboarded. You will maintain ongoing contact with tutors and ensure each tutor feels like a valued part of The Halifax Helpers community. Key Responsibilities: Organize and track tutor assignments and availability Support onboarding by updating documents, coordinating welcome emails or sessions, and guiding new tutors through the process Maintain regular communication with tutors and respond to questions or concerns Work with the Executive Director to deliver o
