About
ABOUT US Rainbow's End is a not-for-profit charity that employs people living with mental illness through a variety of social enterprises across Hamilton and Burlington. We provide on-site training, mentorship, and leadership development, and pay fair, competitive wages so our employees can experience empowerment, inclusion, and dignity. Today, Rainbow's End employs more than 60 people each year, and we're working to expand into new areas of employment. Our work has been featured on CBC, CHCH, and in the Hamilton Spectator.
