Responsibilities Create volunteer timesheets. Record each volunteer’s role, date and hours. Separate skilled and unskilled labour. Collect supervisor verification. Reconcile sign-in sheets with submitted timesheets. Maintain evidence of professional credentials for skilled volunteers. Calculate donated-labour values. Prepare monthly summaries. Flag missing or inconsistent entries. Support final CIP accounting.
