Eligibility
Aged 18 and above Vaccinated against COVID-19, MMR, Tdap and Varicella (Chickenpox) Able to speak English, Chinese/ Malay/ Tamil and/or dialects Able to commit for at least 6 months (once a month) Able to attend a mandatory Volunteer Orientation Programme (half-day) Able to attend a mandatory online modules to be completed via Google Classroom Volunteer are expected: • Observant and attentive to changes in patients' behavior or mood • Support patients through registration process in our Priority 3 (P3) area • Help staff manage patient flow • Guide patients navigate to different treatment areas within ED including the Extended Diagnostics Treatment Unit (EDTU) • Check-in with patients and next-of-kin/caregivers and offer comfort measures (for e.g., blankets or drinks) • Provide wheelchair assistance when required Attire Required: Woodlands Health Polo Tee (will be provided) Long pants Comfortable covered shoes Children Families Seniors Woodlands / Woodlands Hospital / Emergency Department (ED) Guardian Mon, 26 May 2025 to Thu, 31 Dec 2026 Woodlands Health 17 Woodlands Drive 17, Singapore, 737628
