About
Calling all civic changemakers! CivicAction is recruiting young people ages 18–30 across the Greater Toronto and Hamilton Area (GTHA) for Cohort 3 of Youth CivicCorps, a six-month volunteer leadership and community impact opportunity running from August 2026 to February 2027. Youth CivicCorps brings together approximately 60 young leaders to build skills, gain project experience, grow their networks, and contribute to more affordable, inclusive, and connected communities. Volunteers work in teams of 4–5 and are matched with a host organization for a 16-week community project. Projects may focus on housing, affordability, economic inclusion, community wellbeing, or another local priority. Act
