They are not automatically the same thing. An activity or experience may support one or more CAS strands, while a CAS project has additional expectations around planning, collaboration, reflection and learning.

No. Uni X shows current opportunity information from organisers. Your school and CAS coordinator decide whether a specific experience is suitable for CAS.

Where should I start?

Can an experience support more than one CAS strand?

It may. An experience can involve Creativity, Activity, Service or a combination. Your school and CAS coordinator decide how it fits your programme.
