No. Uni X also includes meaningful experiences and student opportunities that can be worth doing beyond volunteering.

Can I use an activity for IB CAS?

Some activities may fit CAS, but your school decides what counts. Uni X helps you find opportunities and keep useful evidence as you go.

Do activities automatically count towards Ontario's 40 hours?

No. Uni X does not label an activity as automatically eligible. Check the official Ontario rules and your school's process before you start.

How do I know if I can join?

Check the age, location, dates and organiser details on the Activity, then confirm the latest requirements on the organiser's site before joining.
